I been away for bit and I'm only seeing Nov. 2023? Is there no December or January?
I also had asked for the first volume 1, 8 minute ab challenge back, it was added for month, now gone again. Due to my back problems, that was working out great for me. I don't understand if we are paying for these, we should always be able to have access to what works for us.
