Has anyone here followed the vegan plan or done a variation of the vegan plan mixed with some meat? I really like the vegan plan better and it's better for my blood type but I wouldn't mind substituting some of the vegan meat with real meat. Thank you!
I'm liking the way this month is set up so far (I took a sneak peak from work). I am so tired of those dang burpees and Kamikazes!! Anyone else agree? I also like that they added the warmup and cooldown to the Xtreme platform. Last month I had to go back n forth. Here's to month 2, let's get it!
