Gloria Howard: I would be mindful of the added sugars! I use steel cut oats and add chia seeds, berries or strawberries and a splash of almond mild to add some flavor and nutrients
Jasmine Sessoms: I did packet oatmeal and dried cranberries.. no sugar I think that’s ok
Kelisha Thomas: I’ve had Steele cut oats with maple brown sugar and I’ve lost my weight! As long as you’re not having a ton of sugar a day having the packet is okay
