Withdrawal headache and sore body!!! Did 10 miles today, can you over-do it? Anything works for Post-Workout Recovery? L-Glutamine powder isn’t working 😂
Team X28 : Good job at staying active! Bananas are a good post workout can snack. Doing so can reduce inflammation and replenish muscle glycogen stores, ultimately promoting quicker recovery.

Did day Day One and Two!!! I’m TIRED!!! I’m SO DETERMINED to stick with this challenge, THIS time!!! It’s only been 4, or 5 times I’ve started and stopped, due to life situations!!! But, I got my revelation that I’m only cheating myself out of health! Glad to be back, heavier, YES, but smarter and mentally ready!!! Let’s Do It/Let’s Go!

I’m nervous!!! I hope there’s a modified version of some of these exercises. I have 2 torn rotator cuffs and a bad knee, but I’m going to give it my all!!! Let’s go
