C&C - So I left my weights in Alabama but no worries I am going back for my children tomorrow night. So I used these. Obviously they are super light so I did the full push up every time to compensate. The warm up had me in moderate sweat already! It was a great workout! Thanks Coach B πͺπΎβ€οΈπ₯
Core everyday:
Since I left the weights I took the advice of our trainers and switched it up. 50 bicycle crunches and 76 mountain climbers each leg. Yes, I am counting the last one π€£π€£π€£π€£ I can feel the difference immediately. The core circuit is fine but crunches everyday doesn't work to burn away the fat. The feedback is below:
Also, I saw that you all are working core everyday. Rather than doing all crunches, it's best to mix in some type of plank variation to strengthen the core (mountain climbers are great), bicycle crunches, and another ab exercise (leg raises, sit ups, knee tucks) You don't want to do all crunches because you're goal is to burn any fat that's covering the ab muscles. All crunches could lead to just building muscle underneath which could lead to your stomach looking bigger which is not the goal.
No jump rope because I don't feel like it and it broke. I got home at 2am last night from my brother's baby shower festivities in Alabama. I am sure it was God as to why I forgot my heavier weights. ππΎβ€οΈππΎβ€οΈππΎβ€οΈ

Day 17 - REST DAY ππΎβ€οΈππΎ
Core everyday:
100 crunches - last night I was telling my AP Josh Mills that I was not doing anything today. He told me that he would at least do 50 crunches so it gave me the motivation to do this 100 ( the beauty of APs, it's the PUSH) Then this morning I saw Anthony Ziegler going in so I really had to put something up! Fellas yall are killing it!
BINGO- Day 4 of no cheat meals or sweets. Since yesterday was the last day of no bread...I got to try the Special K Red Berries it was so good! Troy David put me and Nitarren Nashay on the Vanilla Almond one and I think it is still my favorite but the Red Berries go hard too. The other pics are my food from yesterday. I did have a pear and banana (not pictured). This time I mixed Teriyaki with the Mango Habanero and it was a BANGER!
I did a much needed 20 minute stretch....it was EVERYTHING!!!!!

My arms were hurting so bad when I was doing crunches just by putting my hands behind my head. I am so ready for the rest day tomorrow π―

FUPA RELOADED- Coach Britt aka BBL surgeon!!!! I just love you so much and I appreciate you building this π It really looks like a π I loved the pulsing good mornings and you burned thess glutes with the sumo squats and I felt the glutes working on the slanted lateral kicks. Thank you girl! β€οΈ
