Day 21 - Rest Day

Core everyday- 185 crunches

Bingo - no cheat meals or sweets- Complete- I took the kids to the trampoline park yesterday so we didn't make it to Walmart. So I ran that rice bowl back last night. Breakfast and lunch for today pictured below. Cheat meal will probably be swai, shrimp, fries and onion rings from Ameen πŸ˜‹

Day 6 of 7 - no cheat meals, sweets, or soda. So Nitty told me the Banza noodles were good so I made some with Alfredo sauce. It was AMAZING especially with the sauce πŸ˜‹ I tried them without the sauce it was AIGHT 🀣🀣🀣 Yesterday I kept snacking...I had about handful of each type of chip below lol

Today I had errands to run so I prepared my fruit and grabbed my snacks. Tomorrow is my last day!!! πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎ

Day 5 - no cheat meals or sweets for a week- meals are below...I did have a banana, pear, peanut butter crackers and vegan bites for snacks (not pictured) For dinner the impossible burger (that I don't like so I am trying to get rid of them 🀣🀣🀣🀣) my son and I split the salmon, brown rice and broccoli)

Day 17 - REST DAY πŸ™ŒπŸΎβ€οΈπŸ™ŒπŸΎ

Core everyday:
100 crunches - last night I was telling my AP Josh Mills that I was not doing anything today. He told me that he would at least do 50 crunches so it gave me the motivation to do this 100 ( the beauty of APs, it's the PUSH) Then this morning I saw Anthony Ziegler going in so I really had to put something up! Fellas yall are killing it!

BINGO- Day 4 of no cheat meals or sweets. Since yesterday was the last day of no bread...I got to try the Special K Red Berries it was so good! Troy David put me and Nitarren Nashay on the Vanilla Almond one and I think it is still my favorite but the Red Berries go hard too. The other pics are my food from yesterday. I did have a pear and banana (not pictured). This time I mixed Teriyaki with the Mango Habanero and it was a BANGER!

I did a much needed 20 minute stretch....it was EVERYTHING!!!!!

FUPA RELOADED- Just like Nitty said I was exhausted but I got through it. I did reverse lunges instead of the pylo lunges. If I had the energy the transitional exercises would have been a hit! My arms were hurting so bad when I was doing crunches just by putting my hands behind my head. I am so ready for the rest day tomorrow πŸ’―

I just love you so much and I appreciate you building this πŸ‘ It really looks like a πŸ‘ I loved the pulsing good mornings and you burned thess glutes with the sumo squats and I felt the glutes working on the slanted lateral kicks.
