Day 10 Complete!
“If you not preparing your food, you are preparing to fell”
This one touched home for me today during the workout. The last couple of days I have been failing with my nutrition. But today I am prepared and ready to get back on track. I have seen so much overall progress since beginning this challenge and I don’t want to go backwards! Have a great Wednesday everyone💪🏾

Day 5 and 6 intermediate knocked out this morning. I will not attempt that again. If I miss a day I will just use my rest day instead. Epsom bath here I come!!
Honesti C.B.: If you have to, try doing one in the morning then one in the afternoon. I had to play catch up once and the back to backs was not the lick. My body said "who do you think you are" lol

Shanica Coleman : Thanks. Will definitely keep that in mind. With my none traditional work schedule, the mornings are the best time for me to get them in otherwise I risk a chance of not getting it done.

Day 4 intermediate done!
Me: WHoooo! I think im finished
Gee: “You want to be a loser or a winner?”
Me: 😂 keeps pushing
I Never really pay attention to them talking during the breaks, but for some reason this morning I was tuned in and that message really kicked me in the butt to keep going. Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Day 2 intermediate is complete! It was the star jump, burpee combo for me. I didn’t give up though. Which exercise did you guys have to dig deep on this morning? Proud of every one who chose to get up and go after it today!

Day 1 workout complete. It was not easy but I pushed through and am feeling proud of myself. I 🙏🏾 that I will be able to keep the motivation throughout this 28 day course. Great Job to every else who got it done this morning. 💪🏾
