So y’all telling me...no other food is being ate besides within the diet?? I’m literally starving & it’s giving me a headache. Like, what else can we eat??
Phyllis Martin: Which plan did you choose? You can add a snack or substitute foods if you need to. I had to push back the time that I eat my last meal so that I’m not starving. Make it work for you.
Monica Williams: I use it as a guide. not a big meat eater anymore. I try to get health snack with low sugar and high protein. I also do intermit fasting.
