Omg! I haven’t worked out like that in a while. I chose to do intermediate workouts because Ik I can do it and to push myself. But never again will I workout after dinner and I haven’t had to pause due to feeling like I needed to vomit.. I’m excited I have completed DAY 1…. #220ACTIVECALORIES #beastmode #x28 #dontsleeponme

For the meal plans if there is something I don’t eat how will I know what appropriate food to substitute it with. Should I just go with something in that that food group instead?
Team X28 : You may definitely modify the meal guides to your dietary preferences, you could either substitute for something within that food group or search for healthy alternatives online!

Hello everyone… is anyone using or tried the fat burner? I want to try it, but I’m nervous.. I wanted to know if you get jitters an your advice and experience.. I can’t wait to start the challenge on the 17th.,
Portia Gross: Based on my previous experience with fat burners, I don’t use them. It may be a good product tho.

I have seen so many positive results from other and good things when it come to X28. I have followed and watched the gym &trainers for so long. This year I’m choosing me with all that I do. I look forward to this challenge the discipline and motivation Ik I will need along this journey. I look forward to this and Im ready!!
