I feel great.. I thought going into the intermediate would be a huge bite I wasn't ready 4 but. It challenge me for sure. My bday is May 28 so this is a bit special to me. And though the 28 days is the 7th... I will be posting on May 28th with a smile...full body pics! 💯🏋
