I can make excuses but im choosing to claim my results even if they are not that visible to me yet:

Day 22 done β 2x ....The thing about consistency you can feel when something is off..I was distracted 3 times by the family, determined to finish i finished kinda fast I was like something ain't right, So I did it again and just as I thought when in my full screen mode it skipped like 3-4 exercises...Oh heck no, Satan you a lie ... I will do this no 1/2 stepping either πͺ I may no look like I want to but im looking to be CONSISTENT 100%

My goal is to do LBB, but you can't go from the couch to LBB i will catch a stroke, so Day 18 beginners done β and March I will do intermediate and work my body up to LBB πͺ πͺ let's go get this health the ultimate wealth

Day 16 Done with great distractions, made it to round 4 then I had to pause come back, but Consistency I'm working hard to keep consistent the results will follow one day! This beginners is starting to not give me a sweat...but im gonna stay consistent first that will be my day 28 prize to myself...Consistency....Then LBB or intermediate? πͺ
Darlene Porter: I'm doing beginners and can't stop sweating, but i can't move to the next level till I complete this challenge to prove to myself that I can do it! Will add the 8 min ab workout tonight, wish me luck! Think I will move on to intermediate next month!
