Today workout was better. I hate I started late because I was getting over a cold for the last two half weeks. Be safe out there. Whatever is going around is taking longer than a week to get better. I will definitely look to do the next challenge.
Konfena Simpson : I’m so glad you’re feeling better. Make sure you’re staying hydrated and take each workout a day at a time don’t beat yourself up. I can not even post a pic. I died from day one. I feel sick to my stomach. I will be back tomorrow if I can get out of bed. Im not even hungry now. I'm about to roll into the tub and then bed. Have a bless night. 🙏🏾

Nicola Robinson: I had so much energy the next day. I slept like a baby. I was sore but I felt like a great deal of weight was lifted off me. My stomach looked and felt smaller.

Hello everyone I'm new here and today is my first day. I'm excited about getting back in there. I need help with keeping myself motivated. Once I get past the 30 day hump I will be good. It's just trying to keep life from setting my workouts back. Any pointer, suggestions, support is greatly appreciated. I want to tone up and loose fat. Also learning to eat better. Lets go burn some unneeded fat!!!

Ayeesha E: It’s not easy. But I’ve finally figured out to do it early early! I wake up at 430 530 at the latest to get my workout done. Waiting until after work just never panned out for me.
Team X28 : You can do this!!! Staying motivated can be tough, but remember to celebrate each small victory along the way. As for nutrition, try to focus on one small change at a time.
