Done day 5 and feeling good, tried the 8 min abs today and I must say I need some work 😆 but at least I got it done. Keep up the work everyone.

I finally completed day 4 and I actually got through a round without stopping, that’s a small victory for me. Keep up the good work guys!

Okay so I need an accountability partner for my slight snack cravings. I think I’m a little addicted to salt, any suggestions to curve that?
Samantha Louise: I have the same issue. I’ve been trying edamame without the salt. It’s filling but I don’t know how long I can keep this up.

Finished day two intermediate and they really played with them burpees 😂😩😩... but like he said in the video we already know what giving up feels like, it’s time to win y’all . Keep up the hard work guys!

Well I missed breakfast so made a snack until my lunch, Açai bowl it is. Measuring and calorie counting can be a headache but it’s worth it. Have a amazing day everyone.
Makeyta Moore: I used non fat Greek yogurt 1 cup strawberries 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup dark chocolate super food granola and if the Greek is too tart add lass then a teaspoon of honey.

Day 1 done and I must say I’m kinda disappointed of how many times I stopped but I’m no quitter so no pain no gain 😩🤗
