Day 5 (Extreme) completed! ✅. Day 5 was some real intense physical and mental SH@&T. But I made it through. It was crazy cause at times it was scary wondering if I was going to get through it, but intriguing cause I wanted more!!!! Yaaaa it was a roller coaster I don’t think I ever done that many burpees and double burpees ever. Lol
Angela: I haven't started Day 5 but Day 4 (rounds 2 & 4) I thought were intense.

Natasha Andrews: How is extreme for you?
Lisa Lane: Okay let just say it’s very challenging. I’m working through but what I realized is that me taking intermediate (multiple times) prepared me for Extreme. The exercises are not difficult as of yet but you have to be in shape to endure. There’s really no breaks in between like with Intermediate. But I like the new format cause it moves from round to round so (I don’t get distracted and let my heart rate drop). Plus I like the fact the they come on while your in the mix of the exercise to say their motivational message it helps me push through at times. But again I’m only 2 days in. Ask me again around day 20
Rowena Martin: So true Lisa, the extreme killed me back in December...messed up my back on the burpees so never got to finish after day 6 or 7. I am able to hack the intermediate. LBB is also good, gives you a sweat and definitely tone the glutes...started a day late but will make up at somepoint....still in gym with crossfit workouts 4-5 days a week...

Just finish day one (EXTREME)! Just graduated to EXTREME after about 4 challenges of INTERMEDIATE. Its was tough but now I’m ready for the next level! Hang in there y’all we can do this together!!!

Now let me get this food on point... gotta go my strict diet breakfast awaits.......
