Goooood Morning my people! It’s been a minute since I last wrote a message on here. Even though I’ve been absent from posting, doesn’t mean I’ve stopped putting in the work. I’m on Month 2 of the 3 month plan, day 16 completed ✅. I wanted to check in and encourage everyone to keep pushing. I started this journey weighing in at 174.8 lbs and I’m 4 lbs shy of losing 20 lbs. I’ve been working! 💪🏾
I hope you all are staying Accountable with your workouts and Nutrition, but most importantly your mental health! 🙏🏾 Remember your mindset is the start of it all!

Day 28 of the 3 month plan COMPLETED ✅
1 month down!
We’re taking 2 days off to allow our bodies to recoup!
The plan is to get a massage, do some stretching and sauna time.
On Thursday I’ll post my 1 month before and after pictures!
Then it’s time to get mentally prepared for Friday! The beginning of Month 2 of the 3 month plan.

Tomorrow is our Rest Day! After that, 1 more workout to complete the 1st month! 💪🏾
I made this first month about breaking bad habits,
Creating and implementing new habits.
Getting back to the basics and sticking to it.
It hasn’t been easy, but it’s worth it,
It’s about “SELF ACCOUNTABILITY”
