Just completed day 4 & 5! I have completely been slacking on my workouts. Good part is I still have been following the meal plan! but now I am back & ready to finish what I started.
Completed day 1 beginner (added resistance bands to a few exercises and also went a little faster on a few) gotta build up to intermediate. I feel great!! Gonna do it again later being that I missed yesterday. I keep telling myself as I am working out “crop top all summer 2022” lol. We got this!!
Hi everyone!! I am really excited for everyone for the next 14 days!! I do have a question-Would anyone recommend the standard meal guide to maintain weight or stick with that particular meal plan?
