If I want to fast during the 14 day challenge what hours do you recommend ?
Traci Beckles : A 16:8 is the most common window. If you want, you can do a full day fast once/week with the IF.

DONE with BEGINNER DAY 11..thinking of adding the LOWER BODY BLAST to my workout....

Day 8! Im not used to starting at the bottom. But after having a c-section with my 2nd child and not working out for almost 15 months I needed to start slow..Im down 2lbs...Off to make dinner from the meal guide..im proud of me!!!
