LaShunna Stokes: I do the pre workout drink to give me a boost of energy. Didn’t know if we were supposed to or not. But it definitely helps! I wear a waist sweat band too.
Jessica Pixley: Okay cool, and yes I have been wearing a waist trainer for my mid section and thighs, (never sweated so much during a workout) and have pre workout coming Friday. Thanks for the input ☺️☺️
