I met a goal I set towards the beginning of the challenge! On the 14th day, I FINALLY completed a full set without breaking up the sessions throughout the day! And I’m going to do it again tomorrow! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I know it’s rest day but I did half of day 12 yesterday & owe it to myself to complete it today. I notice my stomach & double chin are decreasing, the chronic pain in my lower back significantly decreased, & my mood is much better. I have a lot more energy and stamina through workouts. I’m staying with the beginner workouts. I wish I would’ve taken before pics, but I can tell you my body is changing from the inside out! Consistency is key!

Good Morning! I learned a lot last week & set some new goals. The first is to make it through workouts without stopping or taking breaks, but that takes time. However, consistency is the goal! I injured my lower back earlier this year & dealt with stiffness and some pain. The more I worked out last week the better it felt. I’m ready for this week though! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I missed Day 5 y’all (Wasn’t feeling well), but I’m doing day 6 later. Although I have to break up the workouts throughout the day, my goal is to make it through a full workout in one time. Consistency is the goal!

Although I’m doing the challenge because of health issues I can’t do 30 mins. at one time yet so I break up the sessions during the day. I haven’t completed a full session yet, but it’s about consistency & doing the best I can!
Angela Johnson: The workouts are intense so modify them until u can build yourself up
