I wasted my money for thus challenge because I did 4 days of it. I'm going to purchase it again and promise to do better. I didn't put in the work. I'm too tired when I get home. I wear alot of hats but no excuses.

I see that X28 Xtreme is full of cardio. Whew, I hate burpees. I guess I will fall in love with them by the end of this challenge.
Konfena Simpson : Yes ๐๐พ. They suck but they work ๐ช๐พ! Keep at it and the Burpeeโs will get easier over time.

Do you have to drink coffee or tea with the plans? I don't drink either or these. I stay away from caffeine due to my HBP.
Konfena Simpson : No. I donโt like neither one either. I drink lots of water because itโs my favorite. But make the plan fit for you ๐

How does the strict meal plan works? Do I selected one meal from BL&D or do I make all the suggested meals for each eating time?
Fatma Abdelbaki: If you're meal prepping, you can make them in advance, or cook them daily if you prefer. The idea is that you remain roughly in the calorie count that's given in the Meal plan. If you see a meal you don't like, you can pick a similar one from another day. Or check some foods from the general guide, that have similar caloric value ๐ช๐ผ
