Hi everyone! I’m so excited to be doing this challenge again ! I’ve gained so much weight this year and I remember the first time I tried X28 challenge at the time is was called RI28 I lost 25 pounds ! I’m so looking forward to really staying committed and seeing results. I do have a question it seems like a lot has changed are we all doing reps or do just complete the rounds and you’re done with your workouts? I want to make sure I’m doing this correctly.
