*Focus on how you feel and not what you see
*Celebrate small victories π

*Meal prep and stick to your meals! It will save you some money and precious calories...π΅
*DRINK YOUR WATER! And no, juice isn't water... π
*Others can provide daily motivation, but know that no-one else here can do the workouts for you! πͺπ½
*If you mess up or miss a day... Get right back on track, don't beat yourself up about it! π€·π½ββοΈ
*ENJOY THE PROCESS π
