I’m holding my planks longer! Starting to count during each movement. I feel that it helps me track how many I do. Those Russian crunches are challenging I find that I can do 10 straight, stop, breathe for 2 big breaths and start again. Can get in about 25. The motivational pick me ups in between rests help a lot. I’m proud of myself on day 8 of the beginners registered in the 14 day challenge. 🕯
