Congratulations to all who participated🎊🎉 👏🏽and completed. I’m pleased with my determination to finish a new program and eating very well. From 211lbs to 206lbs. Disappointed 😔 was 206-8 lbs the entire second week since getting my monthly visit but day #14, I end at 206lbs. 😩Two weeks isn’t enough for me READY to start again tomorrow, 👊🏽here is to another 14 day self challenge.

OMG!! What was I thinking? I did beginners M-F becuz it’s my first time doing this program. I decided to end the week w/ a BANG and complete day 6 intermediate 😳 Although, I paused a little more then I wanted BUT I FINISHED💪🏽👊🏽 DAY 6. #hateburpees 🙄

Oh my… I don’t know why I can push harder… I want to stop at the 5 second part EVERY damn time. Ughhh… (oh and jumping jacks hurt my feet) BUT I GOT IT DONE Day 🤚🏾

Curious: is the beginner version the considered the modified version? Was there a specific one we had to start with?

Can you alter/Customize of the nutritional panel? For example: I did not have a full cup nuts. Help??
