Hey Fam! So excited to start and complete this journey with you all. I attempted to do an X28 challenge last year but I was unsuccessful. I let life’s obstacles knock me off my peg and I paid the price in the end. My feelings of anxiety, disappointment, and disgust with my body stuck with me the whole summer and I didn’t even want to come outside…I’m not giving up this time; I refuse to! To anyone else with doubts do what you can to push through. The results will be worth it!

Hey Team! Hope everyone is still on track and focusing on that light at the end of the tunnel. Today is my day 9! I woke up 256! Yayyy ! I’m coming for that 👙

LOL 😂 who knew beginners had a rest day on day 3?! GO US!

But, Me being me, I said the journey must go on. Soooo, I headed over to the bonus programs and thought I’d give the 8 minute ab challenge a go. 😑 I QUICKLY found out I can’t hang!!! I’m not discouraged though. Instead I’m putting it on my todo list for (maybe) my next rest day. I hope everyone else succeeded today!

WHEWWWWW! Today was my Day 2 and I am beat but I feel great because I know it’s it’s all apart of the process and I’m trusting it!!! Hope everyone else is doing the same. It will all be worth it. Cheers (with bottles of water) to becoming the best versions of ourselves!!!
