Day 2 complete! I completed day 1 yesterday when I got off work, I work from 6pm-2am & since I didn’t have time during the day I exercise afterwards. Ya know ima beginner to my exercise journey and it’s been challenging but I can say X28 brings that motivation out of you! (Great marketing strategy to get ppl to exercise) but overall as I continue, it’s not about that. It’s about my health, me loving myself more to wanna work on a great body! I really enjoy this and even tho I’m exhausted lol I wish y’all the best on y’all fitness journeys! Until then later fitness fam‼️🫶🏽

I don’t mean to get on y’all nerves lol but when it comes to eating your healthy meal is it better before or after workouts(early morning). Just wondering cause it’s my 1st day and I have t ate but I jumped up and exercised. Is that a good or bad thing?
Team X28 : Hi Sarena! It's really up to how your body responds to working out without eating. Some people are able to do fasted cardio which does aid in weight loss, however you really have to listen to your body. If you do need to eat before working out, eat something light such as fruit and drink plenty of water. I also recommend checking out our meal guides and following a plan that works for your needs.

So on the beginners July/august workouts it has a meal guide but we also have a nutrition meal guide. Which one do we follow?

Tomorrow is the 1st BigDay of a New Journey! I’m so excited, nervous and almost ready at the same time(gotta do grocery shopping) but I wish everyone success on their fitness journey!!!

Hi everyone! I am a beginner to the fitness world and I have joined the 28day challenge, how do i know which meal plan to take on during my journey? I see the menu and I put my information in so it’s telling me how many calories daily to intake so do I choose like any meal prep plan or do I need a specific one? Please someone help lol.
