I couldn’t make myself workout yesterday, so I did day 5 and 6 today Curves and Core. Pushed through! I realized, this isn’t even a full 28 day challenge I’m doing, surely I can make it 14 days!

Question, when we are tired and sore, do we just push past it or do we take a day to rest?
Kim Morales: Sore like painful or just like sore? If it’s painful, rest. F its nor it’s your body just getting used to the workouts
Team X28 : Great question! It really depends on the level of soreness and fatigue. If it's mild, sometimes pushing through with a lighter workout or some gentle movement can help with recovery. But if you're really sore or feel exhausted, taking a rest day can be the best way to let your muscles recover fully and come back stronger. Listening to your body is key!

Day 4 curves and core done. That short workout had me fooled! Here comes Troy David with the core burnout, but I needed it. The scissors sucked!

I forgot to post yesterday. Since it was a much needed rest day, I did upper body burn with back and shoulders. I have been eating and drinking well. The struggle is real!!! I’m sure glad I have these before pics bc that’s the only thing that’s kept me from eating some chocolate or ice cream!

Just finished day 2 of the 14 curves and core challenge. Also, added a run earlier this afternoon too. My legs are definitely sore. I need this. I’ve eaten good today too!
