Traci Beckles : Hey Brittany, if you signed up for just the 14 day challenge, you won't have access until Sunday or Monday. The workouts are designed to be done as a group (in general). Use this time to look at the meal plans!

Ellianna Hernandez: I'm missing my workouts also, I was on day 18 of the may work out not the 14 day challenge. All the videos are missing from all levels (begginer,intermediate,etc.)

Claudia Forde: Me, too! Last year I lost 40 lbs on this very restrictive high protein diet. And it ALL came back!
