Iโ€™ve been a member for x28 of an on for 2 years. The first time I lost 70 pounds. Iโ€™ve gained most of that back. So Iโ€™m here again. But this challenge will the the FIRST Iโ€™ve fully completed ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ

Slimy scale isnโ€™t really moving but I feel like my body composition is slowly improving.
Kim Morales: Great work sometimes the scale can be discouraging but it matter how your clothes fit thatโ€™s how youโ€™ll know
Konfena Simpson : Put that scale in the closet. Itโ€™s the enemy! ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ your weight will fluctuate a lot. So donโ€™t get stuck there. You are losing fat and building muscles. So you canโ€™t always trust what that scale says. You got this ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ just stay consistent!!

Day 5 done! I started late, but as always I save my rest days for the days I truly donโ€™t have the strength or time. My weight has stayed the same for the past two challenges, butโ€ฆ. Iโ€™m proud of that too no weight gain!

Iโ€™m on Day 2 of core and curves and maturity for me is realizing I need to do it first thing in the morning. Iโ€™m too tired after work! So Iโ€™m proud of me for waking up at 4am to get these done and still get them kids to school on time lol ๐Ÿ˜!! Letโ€™s go ooo!
