Hey everyone, I have a question for the veterans. Can I try out intermediate and then go back to beginner if itβs too much? This is my first time for the challenge but I currently weight train 2xs a week but not much cardio. I want a challenge but I also want to not burn out day one.
Elliot Thompson: I am not a veteran, but I know HIIT style workouts, such as x28, can have a catabolic (vs. anabolic) effects on the body. Therefore, in my opinion, if your goal is to maximize muscle growth, I suggest you work in the 'begginer' level HIIT into your current workout regimen. Try prioritizing your cardio after your lifting sessions and/or on days you are not lifting. Again, I am no expert at all. Everyone's body is different, so try different combinations and do what works best for you and your goals.π€πΎππΎπ₯
