Listen, these pre-menses hormones are kicking my butt. I binged some carbs for the last two days and now I'm full of guilt. The only thing that's saving me is knowing it's still early so I can jump back in and correct it. I might back track and do 2 a days this weekend. Pray for me.

Recalling my 14 day challenge results. I am both scared and excited to start the next 28 days. Im going to need some words of encouragement guys but I promise I will see this next challenge to the end. I deserve this! WE deserve this!

Day 14!!! We made it guys! Im going to finish this workout then take my photos. Im so excited to see the side by side. My belly was ... let's just say that I ought to be ashamed of myself. π₯΄Im on the right track to getting back to myself and I am NEVER turning back. Im one of the ladies with the improper fraction figures. You know the ones, heaviest at the top. The bigger I get, the more pronounced it is. Some things we just have to accept but being uncomfortable in our bodies is not one of them. We CAN make the best of what we have with consistency. Slow and steady wins the race for long term results and long term is the goal.

While I'm still working to get to my best fitness level, my appetite is noticeably improving. Im eating less on my own and not giving in to my sugar cravings. I had a serious issue with overeating and even more with sugar. Peanut M&Ms are my kryptonite.
